  My reason I came to west chiropractic I am having sciatica issues first visit in a lot of pain time I walked in the immediately the office personnel was very friendly and helpful then was seen by doctors X-rays done and evaluation on new patient special , was happy with service very professional, courteous on my way to feeling better.I wold definitely recommend them all.   I’ve been struggling with Tinnitus off and on for years. When I spoke to Dr. Rose from Bigbie Chiropratic he suggest to come in and get myself adjusted. I’ve been in Chiropratic Care before and made and appointment. Not sleeping for a few night I would try anything. My appointment was amazing, Dr. Rose did the adjustments, it was super easy with no pain. I left the office and by the time I got home my right ear was silent my left had a minimal amount of ringing. When I got up the next day it was all the same. I still plan on going back for more adjustments,  hopefully it will be gone forever. I know there is no cure for Tinnitus but I’ll keep going.

  This is a very professional team of people who work smoothly together. Nothing but a team concerned with listening, asking questions, answering questions til you are satisfied. I have seen a handful of chiropractors over the last 40 yrs and this group makes me very comfortable in their care
I am currently on a maintenance program and with the exercises they have provided for me at home, I am consistently getting stronger, a lot more pain free, and going longer between visits. I could not ask for a better group of staff and chiropractors. They are wonderful.

  The support staff is incredible! Kind, on time, everyone goes above and beyond. Called after hours to schedule appointments etc. The doctors are friendly and personable. The only chiropractor that has taken the time to do X-rays on site and diagnose root issues before adjusting me.They even offered a payment plan to cover costs if my insurance didn’t cover. In fact, the doctor himself called to check on me after my first adjustment. I thought this type of customer service no longer existed. Highly recommend so far.

  Bigbie Chiropractor is a 5 Star chiropractic health facility, Not only did I go to see them for Sciatic nerve problem that I’ve had for 15 years and within five months shall I say and a 1 1/2 later I’m still feeling my best.
Then I thought I was feeling so much better. I thought I would help my friend do a stump grinding after the big storm. My friend picked up the machine-we pulled off a 225 pound stump grinder off her truck and I was 68 at the time-I fractured my L1 in my spine. My emergency doctor told me I could not continue with my any chiropractor visits I was just going for routine adjustments. he wanted to give me injections into my spine. I stopped by to tell my chiropractor that I have to stop all my visits because of my L1 fracture. They said oh Renee, we can help you with that and they Sure did/ this place is absolutely amazing. They’re just not a bone cracker. They are bone health.
I have one more story/my hands are so swollen because I work hard as an old woman and I could barely wash my dishes without dropping them in the sink, so I asked them. Oh my goodness what can I do for these hands? They said we have something to help you with that by golly I went in for a treatment. It’s like they have all these different treatments for all these different problems that you might have and to this day with all the work that I do in my backyard because I’m a old woman that works hard at home I feel like I’m 36 again not 69. Oh yeah, one last thing small simple but so important I had a little numbing in my right foot flopping probably because of that sciatic nerve problem I have for 15 years so they said well we have to levelers we can put in your shoes! really I said I will try anything without taking medication’s and surgeries and Bigbie has these little shoe levelers that I put in my shoes and I just recently got a brand new pair because the other ones I’ve had for two years now and I’m walking like a teenage girl so if you have any problems with your bone or joints, maybe a spine problem. These are the people to see because whatever you have broken they can fix it believe me I’ve been there.

  Clint Smith is a patient at Bigbie in Lexington. The whole team has been amazing. He has done the decompression machine, and it has kept him from having to do another back surgery so far. He continues to go once a week and seems to be doing good.

  Oh My Gosh, Dr Verch is incredible.  My head felt like 200 lbs, my neck was too weak to hold it up.  After JUST 1 cervical treatment visit, my head feels like a balloon with HELIUM!!       TS   Definitely recommend!!!

  Thank You to this entire team. They are polite and explore your needs and they don’t just jump into things. I saw Dr. Jason Rose and he listened to what I had to say and payed attention. We discussed what he felt was needed and then he delivered. I feel incredible after my visit and before I was in a high level of pain and was having difficulty walking. Once the visit was over I am walking like a young man again. I highly recommend Bigbie Chiropractic to anyone.

  I can't say enough good things about Carolina West Chiropractic Clinic! I went in with severe neck pain and came out feeling like a completely different person. What impressed me most was that they didn't just focus on one problem—they took the time to evaluate and treat my whole body to get to the root cause of my pain.

Every doctor and staff member is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about their patients. They take the time to listen, explain everything, and make you feel comfortable every step of the way. You never feel rushed, and it's obvious they truly want to help you feel your best.

  This was my second  appointment with Dr. Verch to I review X-rays of my C1C2 vertebrae that had been taken in my prior visit. After this consult I felt that I had found someone that I could put my trust in to go forward in trying to resolve the dizziness that I feel when moving.   I am so glad that I went to the doctors at Carolina West. My sciatic nerve was hurting so bad, the pain was going down my left leg also. I had to get relief, therapy and exercise was not helping. I started going to Carolina West September and October of 2025, twice a week. I didn’t get much relief until about the middle of October. My back and leg stopped hurting. I started walking normal again, I was so happy. Now I try to go one or two times a month to keep me feeling good. Everyone at Carolina West Chiropractor is so great. 😊

  Carolina West at Bigbie Chiropractic is unlike any other chiropractic  practice I have used. They begin with a thorough assessment to determine the root cause of pain and then develop a treatment plan customized for the client.
Compare this approach to other clinics where you probably get adjustments that help temporarily, but don’t eliminate your problem because the ROOT CAUSE is never identified.
I went due to bulging disc pain but did not mention that upon awakening, I’d been having numbness in my hands. On my third visit, my chiropractor found a tender spot and asked if I had numbness. Surprised, I said yes but it had stopped after the first treatment. #serendipity No more numbness in my hands!
Months later, I developed upper arm pain related to my shoulder. The staff developed a treatment plan that focused in that area while maintaining the regular spinal adjustments. That too, was highly successful!
One visit can make a difference, but for the best results for serious pain do try the individually customized treatment plans and plan to follow with regular adjustments to help keep pain from returning.
I highly recommend BIGBIE CHIROPRACTIC, where instead of a fix you get a SOLUTION.

  This place is very professional very affordable and the doctors know what they’re talking about. I’ve only been there two times and they Already started to heal me. I would highly recommend this place to anybody who has sciatica joint pain back pain almost wanted to go to surgery spinal disc discs fusions bulging disc pinched nerves any in any type of back pain they can help you once again they are very professional I won’t go to anyone else ever again

  I want immediate responses to my hip pains, and I got it. The doctors are definitely top notch, but it’s a long commitment to heal, don’t expect a quick fix.
